Hey! Just wanted to walk your through the process of featuring!
Basicly you start out with finding 3-5 artists who you think deserve more attention.

use the [ U = insert username here] code to put up their user icons, and then
list a good piece by them with the [url= insertURLhere ] insert art title here [ / url] code

then finally add a sentence or two of compliments about the artist or their work!

this is just the basic process, you can switch it up any way you like to keep it fresh!
